Ripe Mango Arrowroot Float

Antioxident compounds in mango fruit protects us from cancers. Lowers cholesterol, clears the skin, improves eye health etc.

In arrow root very high nutrient starch has very valuable.

Ingredients

Ripe mango                                            – 2 no

Arrow root biscuits                              – 1/2 packet

Britania funky choco biscuit             – 1 packet

Condensed milk                                   – 1/2 tin

Fresh cream                                         – 1 cup

Condensed milk                                  – 1/2 cup

Method

Mix the condensed milk and fresh cream. Cut ripe mango into small cubes .Add the arrowroot biscuits into a square shaped glass bowl and break them into small pieces and fit into it. Pour a small quantity of condensed milk with cream on the top. Add mango slices, 5 nos of broken arrow root biscuit, then on top layer fill it with cookies and mango Cover the glass tray and leave it to set in the fridge for around 5 to 6 hours.

Your stomach gets a good treat.
