Chappathi And Beef Curry


Wheat are good source of B vitamin. Another B vitamin folic acid helps the body from red blood cells.


Wheat flour     – 1/2 kg

Water & salt


Make dough with the flour by adding salt and water. Make balls and spread it round with chappathi roller. Put chappathi in hot tawa and fry and apply little oil on both sides.



Beef Curry

Beef provide nutrients like zinc, iron, protein and B vitamin, and half of the fat found in beef is monosaturated.

Some red meats are high in saturated fat, whichraise blood cholesterol.


Beef                      – 1/2

Pepper                 – 1tea spoon

Turmeric            – 1 tea spoon

Salt for taste


Cook the beef with above ingredients in a pressure cooker one cup water for three whistles. Keep aside.


Onion                                           – 2 nos sliced

Potato                                          – 2 ,, cut into cube

Tomato                                        -1 ,, sliced

Ginger                                         – 1/2 table spoon chopped

Garlic                                           – 10 nos chopped

Chilli powder                             – 1 table spn

Corriander powder                  – 1 table spoon

Garam masala                           – 1 tea spoon

Mustard                                      – 1 tea spoon


Oil                                                – 4 table spoon

Currry leaves                            – 2 stem

Corriander leaves for garnish.


Heat the oil and let the mustaed sputter and curry leaves too. Add the onion, ginger, garlic saute saute well. Add the chilli powder, corriander, garam masala (spice powder) stir well then potatoes, tomato, salt saute to one minute and add it into the cooker with enough water to two or three whistles. Serve hot. garnish with corriander leaves.
