Fried Vegetables



Vegetable and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to reduce cronic diseases.

Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of our body.


Cabbage                                            – 30 gm

Beans                                                 – 30 ,,

Carrot                                                 – 30 ,,

Capsicum                                           – 1

Onion                                                  – 1

Soya sauce                                          – 1 tea spoon

Chilly sauce                                        – 1 ,,

Tomato sauce                                     – 1 ,,

Gingergarlic paste                            – 1 tea spoon

Egg                                                      – 1

Corn flour                                         – 1 table spoon

Flour                                                 – 3 table spoon

Oil                                                      – for frying

Salt                                                    – for taste



Slice Vegetables and keep aside. Make a thick batter with egg, cornflour, flour and water. Mix the vegs with the batter. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables till they are crisp. Drain it. Heat one table spoon oil, add gingergarlic paste and chilly powder mix it and add fried vegetables to it and saute well. If needed add adequate amount of salt. Serve it with hot.
