Cabbage contains high concentration of nutrients, like vitamin’s C, K, antioxidents etc.
Cabbage chopped – cup
Coconut grated – 1 cup
Green chilly – 2 nos
Onion chopped -1medium
Garlic – 2 or 3 clove
Turneric – pinch
Salt – for taste
Mustard – 1 tea spoon
Small onion slice – 3 nos
Crush coconut, green chilly, garlic, turmeric together and keep aside.
Heat oil add mustard and let it sputter, then small onions and curry leaves. Add crushed ingredients into the pan and saute for 1 minute then add chopped cabbage, onion and salt. Sprinkle a little water and close it for two or three minutes then mix it well.
