Channa masala


Channa dhal                          1 cup

Onion                                      1 no

Ginger                                     1 tea spn

Garlic                                      1 tea spn

Ginger and

Garlic  paste                           1 tea spn


Chilly powder                        1tablespn


Powder                                    1 table spn


Masala                                     1 table spn

Tomato – 1 no

Method of preparation:

Soak channa dhal in water overnight. Cook the channa dhal with salt and water in a pressure cooker and donot strain off the juice.

Heat  oil in a pan,  add and saute the choppped onion ,add  chopped gingergarlic  then add gingergarlic paste.Add the masala and then chopped tomatoes.After you saute it well add the channa dhal and simmer for a while. When the gravy thickens, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk (extract of coconut).

Garnish with corriander leaves and serve.

Hi friends, summer rain

Flowers give us freshness.

Today morning we went to church to attend  the holymass and get blessings from our heavenly father. After that the Priest cogratulated the students who won excellent marks. Then all members in the church agreed with the priest to help one family of our church who are in a difficult situation. That is right ,every common man faces this situation in their life
