My day started with lot of day today work. Some days I make idli or dosa mix and keep it in the referigerator.


  1. Raw Rice -3 cup
  2. Urud dal -1 cup


  1. Soak it for 8 hours and grind it well. Keep it 8 hours for fermentation. Then make dosa.img_20180716_082310-1619721933.jpg
  2. Place a tawa on the fire then it comes to hot spread one big spoon batter on the tawa and flip it then spread little ghee. Enjoy with chutney or sambarimg_20180716_203812-1630764874.jpg.
