My day started with lot of day today work. Some days I make idli or dosa mix and keep it in the referigerator.
- Raw Rice -3 cup
- Urud dal -1 cup
- Soak it for 8 hours and grind it well. Keep it 8 hours for fermentation. Then make dosa.
- Place a tawa on the fire then it comes to hot spread one big spoon batter on the tawa and flip it then spread little ghee. Enjoy with chutney or sambar.
