Today I am starting my blog with Flower arrangements and cooking recipes and some thoughts. If we have pressure in life look into the garden or flowers we surely can calm our mind.
This Blog gives me a chance to share some of my experience and ideas to public. I am living in” Gods own country Kerala”. Keralians like rice and various side dishes for the lunch. We use so many dishes and sidedishes for breakfast, lunch, teatime snack and dinner.
I started my journey with a side dish of rice.This dish is very tasty and pure vegetarian.
Raw mango curry
- Raw mango 1
- Grated Coconut 2cup
- Cumin seed 1teaspn
- salt for taste
- Termeric 1/2 tsp
- Small onion 4 nos
- Dry chilly 3 nos
- Curry leaves- 2 springs
Method of preparation:
- Cut the mango into cubes. Cook mango with 1 cup of water and salt.
- Then blend coconut, cuminseeds and turmeric well.Add the mixture in the cooked mango, mix well. Do Not wait for it to boil.
- Heat 2 table spoon vegetable oil then add mustard and finely chopped small onions, red chilly then curry leaves saute it well and add it into the mango curry. Delicious mango curry ready to serve.
